Pinhão – Pocinho/Foz Côa

Boarding towards Pocinho, passing through Valeira’s lock and stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. The journey continues until Pocinho. Suggestion for accommodation: Casa do Rio, Vallado.

Pocinho – Barca D´Alva - Pocinho

The tour heads towards Barca d’Alva, the border town, where you may have the opportunity to have lunch in Spain at a local restaurant. Returning to Pocinho, you may get to know the village of Torre de Moncorvo and have dinner in a typical restaurant. Suggestion for accommodation: Casa do Rio, Vallado.

Pocinho - Pinhão

We will leave Pocinho during the morning towards Senhora da Ribeira. There’s the possibility to have lunch in a local restaurant and afterwards the journey will continue down to Pinhão where dinner will take place. We recommend you to do a visit and wine tasting at Quinta do Bomfim.

Suggestion for accommodation: Vintage House Hotel.

Pinhão – Ferrão – Pinhão

This time the destination is Ferrão, where we’ll stop for a visit at a vineyard with panoramic views over the region. There you will also have the opportunity to have a wine tasting experience and to have lunch in a terrace over the Douro river.

The journey will continue then to Pinhão.
